How does it work?
You can search and browse through all of our Standard and Vacation Rental Auction listings in our network without registering, allowing you to locate your perfect vacation getaway. Once you have selected a property of interest, you will then need to register as a Guest to be able to inquire about a particular rental property or RV. Registration will then allow you to reach out to the ownwer directly to communicate about your specific travel dates of interest or alternatively allow you to review and place a bid for that property should an auction be available for that specific property.You will notice that there are two types of listings in our network, Standard Vacation Rental Listings and Vacation Rental Auctions. Depending upon the property owner’s availability calendar, some properties may not have a current Vacation Rental Auction at a specific time, but we encourage you to check back often as our Vacation Rental Auction availability changes continuously. By registering as a guest, you can also sign up for our Vacation Rental Auction Alerts to be alerted via email anytime a new auction has been posted in an area or areas of your choice.
Is there a fee to Search?
Our service is FREE to all Registered Guests allowing them to place inquiries and bids on all Vacation Rental properties, RV's, and Auctions around the World! You can inquire directly about availability on any Standard Vacation Rental or RV Listing by simply using the “Contact Property Owner” button on each listing. Never a Fee to search and book using our platform!For Vacation Rental Auctions, once you place a bid you can monitor and revise your bid at any time by logging into your Guest Client Panel, where you can view, revise and add to your list of favorite vacation rental properties in our network. Upon expiration of an Auction, if you are the Winning Bidder, you will be notified via email and the Property Owner will contact you for payment information and exchange. All Vacation Property Reservation and Payments are exchanged directly between you the Vacationer and the Vacation Property Owner to ensure your safety and peace of mind. We never collect a fee or commission from any reservations or rental payment unlike many of our competitors out there!
